Take Advantage of the Downed Economy and housing market now!!

Despite the fact that the economy seems to be a never ending up and down whirlwind these days there are strategies that will allow anyone even with just a little bit of money to make a profit out of the downed economy, the downed housing market and even the wild ride in  stock markets (I am not a licensed stock broker so I have no professional advice on that for you, and would recommend talking with a qualified stock broker should you choose to invest that way).

However, I do consult with a hedge fund company that will remain nameless for confidentiality purposes on a monthly basis giving them advise on the real estate market and trending. I also have worked with the local ABC 15 news here in Arizona on several occasions regarding hot real estate topics.

Why do I start this blog out with that background? Well, partly to express my credentials as a professional, that other professionals look to me when they need the advice of someone in the trenches each day out there pounding the pavement working real estate deals from every angle, Bank owned, Short sales, regular re-sales, new builds (one of which I was the preferred agent for anyone with a home to sell before they could buy for over 3 years as the contingency realtor) They relied on my professional expertise to get the home sold the the buyer could then close on the new construction home.

What I have learned is despite the situation, there is always a way to profit in any market up or down, I personally made over 700k buying and selling homes in 2005-2006. I am currently looking at investing much of what is left over after paying the capital gains taxes on that into the current market. Why? Because based on the number of people losing their homes each month, they need a place to live, I can buy a home for 70-90k and rent it for 900-1000 do the math that is a higher return than you can get anywhere right now, trust me I own Altria group stock at a dollar cost average that pays me a quartely dividend of about 7% not bad, but when you look at the pricing of real estate and the returns that can be generated from it right now, it may be one of the best times in history. Many of the homes on the market are priced back to where they were in the mid to late 90's through out the valley. There are incredible deals out in the market, yes they will require some work, but even with the work they can still return a minimum of 8,9 10% on the investment if you can deal in cash. Taking out a mortgage will reduce returns.

If you are looking to take advantage of this market to really seize the opportunity to make the best out of what is happening don't wait much longer. Look into buying real estate through a self directed IRA etc.
